PT Naga Mas Sultra is an Indonesia mining company that produce and provide superior quality of silica sand or quartz. We operate in concessions with almost 100 hectares.

Our operation always prioritises the sustainability in environment and the government regulation. Our product have passed the independent surveyor and standard certification.
Process
Material Getting and Dozing to Hopper
This process involves removing surface material to access the silica deposits. Once the area is cleared, the silica material is extracted and then pushed towards a hopper or temporary storage area before being transported to the processing facility.
Material Washing
This process is conducted to remove impurities and contaminants from the silica material. Using water and specialized washing equipment, the silica is cleaned to meet the required purity standards. This washing process ensures that the produced silica is of high quality and ready for the next stage of processing.
Material Splitting and Crushing
The washed silica material is then crushed into smaller sizes using crushing machines. Next, this material is separated and categorized into various products based on size and quality. This process allows PT Naga Mas Sultra to produce a range of silica products that meet the needs of customers in various industries.
Hauling
After the silica material is processed and divided into final products, the products are transported from the mining site to the port.
Legal & Permit
PT Naga Mas Sultra holds a Production Operation Mining Business License (IUP OP) along with an Annual Work Plan and Budget (RKAB 2024-2026) issued by the Indonesian government.
This IUP OP grants the company permission to carry out production activities, including mining, processing, and marketing of silica products.
With this IUP OP, PT Naga Mas Sultra is committed to conducting mining operations legally and in compliance with applicable regulations.
